After connecting with a seller or broker, our team reviews the unit breakdown and general expenses.
Then, based on comprehensive financial and market models, and the expertise of our team, we identify the opportunities for maximizing value for our investors.
Step 3 - Offer & DD
Upon full assessment and validation of our financial models, we present a formal offer to the seller. Following the execution of the offer, we begin our due diligence (DD) process.
We firmly believe that complete transparency through our timelines, objectives, and potential issues is the key to an easy transaction.
Step 4 - Closing
By always being one step ahead in the DD process, we are able to address any potential closing day issues that might come up.This allows us to put capital in the hands of the seller/ brokers and for a smooth transition of the facility under our management.
